Introduction

This first video is actually a more thorough and full-hearted introduction to me, who I am, and what I am offering.

I cover my own introduction to metabolic theory, some of the changes it has made to my life, and give a flavour of what to expect going forward.

  • I don't approach any way of eating or behaving anymore in terms of right and wrong, partly because I find right/wrong thinking to be generally deeply alienating, but also because I try to see the things that we do and eat in terms of what they are doing metabolically, based on how and when and why they are used.

    There could be time when taking something to lower your metabolic rate might be extrememly useful, such as during a time of famine or winter when fewer resources and nutrients are available, but generally speaking trying to support the metabolic rate would be the best way of sustaining thriving health long term.t goes here

  • This is a very reasonable question and, as I say in my videos, I am NOT expecting you to simply accept my word for anything said in these videos, which I why I am offering everything I do as a particular theory and understanding of health.

    You are very welcome to simply experiment with any of the things I talk about during this course, and at the same time I DEEPLY encourage people to do their own reading and research by checking out the attached resources that I provide for each video.
